Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to all terms laid out below. If you have issues with anything feel free to bring it up to me and we can discuss it prior to me starting your commission. I, Dweebily Blu:
> Reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund your order at anytime for any reason.
> Reserve the right to post and reupload the commissioned artwork in places such as portfolios and potential publication material, such as art books or montages.
> Hold all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. However, I will not claim ownership of the intellectual property present within said commission unless it is a character owned by myself.
> Will not profit from the commissioned artwork beyond your payment.
You, the commissioner:
> May upload WIPs and progress shots or the completed commission to any website, so long as I am credited via a linkback to my Twitter, Instagram, or Tiktok.
> May NOT profit from MY artwork in any way. This includes — but is not limited to — non-fungible tokens or any other form of cryptocurrency, reselling/redistributing, or making prints. This, however, may or may not apply if the character(s)/focal point(s) of the commission itself is being sold. Please contact me for details prior to commissioning me.
> May NOT alter, trace, edit, or (without credit) reupload the commissioned piece in any way, shape or form without my consent.
> May NOT use my work as a means to train AI and/or alternate my work using AI.
> Hold all rights to the intellectual property present within the commission, if applicable.
> Payment for your commissioned artwork must be paid upfront, in full before I start your commission.
> I offer WIPs/progress shots if asked for them.
> I do not issue refunds once I've started the inking or final process of your commission.
Please be Mindful of the Following:
I do have a full time job, so please be considerate when taking that into account. The average time of completion for a standard commission is about two to three weeks depending on my queue, but I may need more time to complete said commission based on my work schedule, the amount of commissions I have, the complexity of said commission, and other unforeseen life events.I will do my absolute best to keep you updated if I will need more time with your commission and will answer any questions and/or concerns you may have. If you feel the need to cancel your commission due to time concerns or issues, please contact me directly via email or through my dms on other social media and we can discuss a course of action. (I am mostly active on discord)The days I work on commissions are Friday through Sunday.
I DO NOT work on commissions Monday through Thursday.I also DO NOT work holidays and will not open my commissions the week before, of, and after.Thank you.
